Pornography or sexually explicit material; hate speech; alcohol marketing without age gating; weapons, guns, ammunition, explosives, fireworks; cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and related products.
Federally illegal drugs, unlicensed cannabis products, or similar controlled substances campaigns.
Payday loans, auto loans, mortgage solicitations, debt collection, risky stock alerts, crypto hype, deceptive work-from-home schemes.
Online or offline gambling, betting, casinos, or unapproved sweepstakes/lotteries.
Porn, graphic sexual content, escorting, or similar adult services.
Messages that are harmful, abusive, malicious, harassing, excessively violent, obscene, or defamatory.
Links or messages designed to trick users into revealing credentials, financial info, or installing malware. Fake giveaways, impersonation of banks, government agencies, or brands.
Misrepresenting prices, terms, or what someone is signing up for. Burying key disclosures or hiding sender identity.
You cannot buy or rent a phone list and start messaging them. Sharing, selling, or renting consent is explicitly prohibited.
URL cycling, using public URL shorteners to dodge detection, "snowshoeing" across many numbers, or number cycling to get around volume limits.
